Conference Plus Inc. is building a new 41,850-square-foot headquarters at 1051 E. Woodfield Road, in

Conference Plus chose FCL Builders Inc. to construct the office building. The company is a collaborative

Conference Plus has expanded by about 50 percent over the last four years, FCL said, and has become the
fifth-largest company of its kind.

The new single-story building will have a masonry veneer exterior. Inside will be a generator backup and
100 percent fiber-optic cable capability. The telecommunications building will have 9-foot-clear ceilings and
parking for 233 vehicles.

Harris Architects Inc. is the architect for the building's exterior. Interior Design Group Inc. is providing
interior architectural work.

Supervising construction for FCL will be Larry Gamm, project manager; and Nate Peterson, assistant
project manager.
