Heinz, perhaps you didn't catch my satirical slant.

Re-read my posting and you may see what I was implying.

I think we are on the same page, but I don't believe the markets perceive debt as a fundamental concern right now because it can be massaged in so many 'creative accounting' ways and nobody is blowing the whistle on debt; not the government, not the Fed, not the banks, not the venture capitalists. Look at all the corp bonds that are still being issued. I don't get it, but that's the way it is right now.
