Hi Zeev, I have seen numerous small and medium size companies buying back stock to give to new employees as options. This has been a good investment in attracting good engineers. Is it possible CREE is using this tack to have more stock for employee options?

I think ADI is one of the better one in the bunch, I am still looking for a reentry, but I am in no big rush nor will I chase it, missed the swoon down this morning however. I did just jump back few minutes ago into GMST at $48 flat, they swung it down and caught my "outrageous bid".
