The California mess is affecting several online services, those with servers in Northern California, for example.
I recieved this email today from traderbot.com:
"Due to the rolling blackouts that are occurring in California, you may have problems
accessing the TraderBot web site. Many ISPs in the area, including those that host our multiple
T1 lines, are having problems with the blackouts which is impacting accessibiity to the site.
Unfortunately this will continue until the Power Crisis here in California is resolved.
This may manifest itself in many ways including not being able to reach the site and having
problems with the site getting hung up or logging you off.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however this is completely beyond our control."

This will hurt the CA economy for YEARS. Think of the businesses that will move, or start up elsewhere because of this.

What is your view of capitulation? Apparently it is much different than mine, considering how we just came through one of the worst declines in US market history. I saw all kinds of capitulation, especially on 12/20-12/21.
