Well if this is the case then I have to revise my estimate of public education in dim bulb California. I had assumed that individuals with a public high school diploma in Califronia had the equivalent of my fifth grade Rhode Island education. I see now that a high school diploma in California from a public school is the equivalent of my education at the end of the third grade. That the best I can vouch for. Tom Watson tosiwmee

Moron's dictionary. Deregulation: The system where State Government dictates the price an industry may sell it's product. The state Assembly voted unanimously in FAVOR of deregulation.
