Well if this is the case then I have to revise my estimate of public education in dim bulb California. I had assumed that individuals with a public high school diploma in Califronia had the equivalent of my fifth grade Rhode Island education. I see now that a high school diploma in California from a public school is the equivalent of my education at the end of the third grade. That the best I can vouch for.

Moron's dictionary.

Deregulation: The system where State Government dictates the price an industry may sell it's product.

The state Assembly voted unanimously in FAVOR of deregulation.

The problem is price controls not deregulation. The problem is there is still too much regulation. You can thank your lucky stars and stripes for Canadian power coming to the rescue.
