This is so true and I was just saying this to a friend who came over to watch the market in real time for a few hours this week.

I do agree with it. I saw too many examples of how angry people fail at trading... emotionally unstable ones... ego driving ones that wanted to show to the world how great they were... It doesn't mean that being nice person could alone guarantee the success, and actually, "nice" is not the quality to look for in trader - many of great traders are real PIA :) But being honest (even brutally honest), demanding, willing to admit mistake easy - yes, lack of these traits certainly increases chances for failure in trading.
