Analyst's name is Andrew Neff, Bear Stearns, the article pulls from research note he wrote.

What I'm taking away as possibly meaningful to my own investing is the ideas that DELL could buy GTW and that HWP could buy CPQ. They alsospeculated that DELL could buy IBM's PC unit (LOL -- do you recall that being discussed exhaustively on DELL threads all over the 'net at least two years ago? Here comes that rumor again) ...

I'm thinking throwing a few bucks @ CPQ and/or GTW might be something to consider.
