Well, you've been in Europe :-) Francois Mitterand had an illegitimate daughter and he kept her at french government (ie taxpayer) expense, in Paris no less, and when rumors finally began to circulate (how it could have been kept a secret is beyond me in the first place) he started wiretapping all the journalists! What a guy :)))) I wouldn't have expected any less of a french politician! The problem here is we're such naive liars about such things. But it brightened this dreary New England day to see the news item about that fool this morning, that's for sure.
