Hi Rich,
When I started AIMing, I didn't own a computer. I did everything longhand. In 1987 I purchased my first computer and since then have used either electronic spreadsheets or stand along software.

I'd get my feet wet with QQQ before attempting UOPIX. UOPIX is a savage beast; beautiful to admire, but dangerous to pet. It dropped from near $150/share to a low of less than $20 during 2000. That's more than even AIM's designed to handle. QQQ gave back about 50% which AIM can handle well and very successfully.

Best regards, Tom
