Hello Steve and others,
I have seen both Las Vegas & Orlando mentioned and for my two cents either is fine. As a newbie to AIM, I am certainly going to do my best to get there. Is there anyone in the group with travel agency experience who can help with special hotel rates?

Ok everyone. We need more input!

Here is a little of mine.

Our meeting room was way to expensive for the size of our group last time. I think that we could bring this cost down considerably with a little effort and compromise. Remember that we are talking a pre social function and two days of education.

For example, I believe that we could probably rent an Independent Suite cheaper than a conference room. We may lower the cost by staying at a non-gaming resort.

What ever we decide and based on our last experience, the cost will have to be estimated and a deposit must be made by each one of us up front. If we miss the mark, then we will be assessed. If we over shoot, then we can refund.
