Hello Steve and others, I have seen both Las Vegas & Orlando mentioned and for my two cents either is fine. As a newbie to AIM, I am certainly going to do my best to get there. Is there anyone in the group with travel agency experience who can help with special hotel rates? Larry M

Ok everyone. We need more input! Here is a little of mine. Our meeting room was way to expensive for the size of our group last time. I think that we could bring this cost down considerably with a little effort and compromise. Remember that we are talking a pre social function and two days of education. For example, I believe that we could probably rent an Independent Suite cheaper than a conference room. We may lower the cost by staying at a non-gaming resort. What ever we decide and based on our last experience, the cost will have to be estimated and a deposit must be made by each one of us up front. If we miss the mark, then we will be assessed. If we over shoot, then we can refund. Keith
