I can't recall any Friday NR's and quite honestly, wouldn't be/wasn't looking for one. Many here have astutely surmised the possible significances of the financing. Short term, I think Rebecca is finally taking note of her languishing stock price and is ready to try the passing gear.

In that both of these releases came after the market close (4:28 PM & 7:17PM) I think she preferred to get weekend hype on her side to kick start the week. She sure has her leaks plugged. Nothing Friday would have indicated good or bad news to come.

Beyond the obvious, I suspect there are many ongoing negotiations which will result in analyst awareness and market recognition.

I've reviewed many of the deal announcements done by Acqua Wellington. Seems to me that this is very typical of their interests. What surprised me, was the low profile this private fund company seems to covet. Can anyone find a site for them?

$50MM buys a large piece of our little company. Such an investment will undeniably be scrutinized by the Bay Street boys and girls. Too bad for them. Like Rebecca said, "If they want some they'll have to go to the street." I'm not selling.

$50MM is a lot of DD wrapped nicely in confidentiality. Wolf, you make a good point...a single $50MM draw notice tomorrow (not likely but seemingly possible) has to be backed by something worthwhile. Well done Rebecca.

Looking forward to the market's perception.
