Not a very lawyer-like response, but I wouldn't expect one from a DC-suburban demolib lawyer whose very existence and prosperity depends upon increasing federal tax dollars being sent to Washington from everywhere else. Has this surplus allowed you to reach the point yet where you don't even have to work anymore? Can you spend all your time on-line promoting ever-increasing taxes sent to Washington, enriching its taxpayer-subsidized liberal suburbs even more?

If your theories of federalism and states' rights were true, we'd still have segregated schools, science classes limited to creationism, and slavery. You're at least decades, if not 125 years behind the time, 2000, and your thread moniker, from the last millenium, bears it out.
