Zeev: You may be right about moving too soon on Fed. easings in this environment, but big time money managers have been desperate to find a reason to enter back into some of the techs. Traditional P/Es now look "o.k." to them, and earnings were "not as bad as they could have been", but the rationale for reentry will be "don't fight the fed". I have heard this mantra already twice from some very large money managers in recent trust fund meetings. It may be an excuse, but it gives them the rationale they need. Look at MSFT for example. There is still no compelling reason to buy it here (sure, Win 2000 sales may grow, etc. but I can give you plenty of reasons it will be dead money for six months or more) but "don't fight the fed" gives the managers the ability to enter now.
