re: After reading the SST 10Q

Hello Ardethan, It sounds like you are trying to saddle me with the job of responding to the entire risk section in SST's 10Q. <ggg> I don't know how many 10Qs you have read, but the risk section in the 10Qs sound terrible for every company across the board. Every company has to list nearly everything that could possibly go wrong in order to cover their buts from shareholders from a legal liability angle. I recommend reading these sections so an investor knows what to watch out for, but in many cases, the probability of the many risks referred to in these sections actually occurring is quite low.

Having said that; I don't have time to repudiate the risk section in the 10Q. Secondly, you made the SST nomination. Although I would like to see SST in the W&W portfolio as well, as the nominator, you bear primary responsibility for making the case.<ggg> Finally, as I have said before, if it were up to me, I would make the nomination later---after what I hope will be several more quarters of outstanding performance. If SST's top and bottom line continue to grow at a much faster pace than the rest of the flash industry over the next few quarters, it will be much easier to make the case that SST, with its Superflash technology, has a sustainable, competitive advantage.

Best, Huey
