Fred - have been running RAMpage whole day.

Unused RAM is reclaimed all right.
Caveat, when I double clicked on the icon too often (till there is no more RAM ro reclaim) I ended up with GDI problems (frozen panes).
Now that RAMpage is left alone doing it's business, I don't have to reboot my computer as before.
Only had to reboot once today, after I played with the features. None since then.
How can those Richmond boys leave such a tool absent from that OS?

(I know, answer from any support dept: first upgrade to the latest release then call us back).

Fred,

I read it and looked at it, but decided not to try it. Memory is not my problem. I have plenty of that available. My problem is system resources and it noted that it doesn't free up GDI or GSM or whatever the heck it is called.

Thanks for the heads up though. I printed it for future reference.

Scott

Hi Fred, it's up and running on my screen. Kinda hard to tell if it's making a significant difference, but I can see that it's doing its thing (grinding toward 0 when idle), so I'm inclined to believe it's better to have than not have. Thanks
