<<<SargeK to the left & Lil' Princess Di to the right & JQP straight across the table...and Cosmo within spittin' distance... it won't be boring folks ;)

Now, before I endorse such a seating arrangement, I must confess that I have never seen you as a 'true' oil man...not be-un frum Texus and all... but I never saw you as a "don't smoke dance or chew, or run with grrrls that do" type neither.....

So before I agree to stay within spittin' distance, I need to clear one thang up rite c'har....do you chew tobbacco?

and....

Are you sure you can 'take' a real 'oil man' like the Big Dog when it comes to your favorite grrll? (perhaps in a chivalrous, non-violent way, like a burrito eatin' contest....well...sort of non-violent if ya gets my drift.....or, on the other hand, Big Dog's...but I digress....)

and.......

Have you had all of your shots?

and.......

How wired do you get after you've drunk a few shots?

and....

Will you be bringing your evil twin Sly Deronda Shots?

and....

How long can you tread water?

That is all......

<g>

Slider,

One thought that keeps sticking in my mind regarding the coming repression. All those funds and institutions have got to put their money somewhere. They often can't go to cash or gold, so they have to put it someplace that they consider a little safer. No?

So, even if oil goes down to the low 20's and gas to $3-5, the patch is going to make good money. Compared to many of the techs and cyclicals, it will look REAL good on a relative basis. That makes me wonder if a lot more loose dollars won't come into the patch and we all know what happens when there demand for the stock (independent of the demand for the product) goes up.

In other words, some of our favs may become "safety plays". But, timing could be the problem. If this starts before Aprilish, then the prices will stay firm. If it doesn't start until much later, then the next up cycle will be a doozey.

Anyway, what do you all think of this as a likely scenario? Let's poke some holes in my thinking (which is never very good just before dinner anyway).

Best to all,

John

Yep. ref Herold in that post AFTER many prev posts by Bull & me,

a week ago, about the clear warning provided to investors by months of important increases in patch (esp NG E&P) insider sales!

But only very few here seem to appreciate or understand that this tool has value.

In fact, it's long been used by successful investors and traders to alert them that an important top may be approaching.
