but yet someone else speculated that if he does 50BPs that might be signaling there is something seriously wrong with the economy. While if it is only 25BPs than he might be saying things are under control and the market would have a delayed(rally) reaction.

I like this theory better. I personally think at this time, 50BPs might spook people and a heard mentality would follow.
