OT: While the Chinese had long range missiles before Clinton took office, I believe that we've "given" them guidance technology during the previous administration. This technology is now in the hands of the Chinese military. This has put our Navy at risk (the 7th fleet if memory serves me - guarding Taiwan). I've been told (so don't beat up on the messenger<gg>) that it would have been years before the Chinese would have had similar technology without our "kindness".
