All of the document management companies have tried to catch the Content Management wave. Documentum just seems riding the wave alittle better, or at least they have captured the analysts eye. In a report published in November, they were listed as a contender.

Also note that Filenet reported good earnings today. A portion of the results can be directly attributed to web content management although I believe a larger percentage of revenue reported came from imaging and workflow.

Have you seen this article on storage networks in Lightreading? Do you have any comments--particularly on it's SAN vs. NAS section or on how the use of optical networking in storage networks will affect NTAP?
