Tom -- can you explain how you see the EEPD division sale as a good thing for shareholders? as i see it, a cash cow may have been sold at bargain basement prices. IFUL's forward-looking P/E may be in the ballpark of 10-15. with the EEPD still included, it could have been around 3 (at current IFUL share price). it's hard for me to see this as good for the shareholders except in the most speculative sense (i.e., the presumed benefits of a sharper focus on the data-mining niche with a little more cash in pocket to begin with).
