Scott, But why are Americans consumed with making money? It is the underlying insecurity and fear that stimulates this. In western Europe, people generally feel secure within their society. They know that their family, friends, neighbors, or their government will take care of them. In the US most people are on their own. If they lose their job, they will lose their children's health care and possibly everything else of value to them. The pursuit of money offers Americans a way to feel like they are addressing their precarious situation. It is really rather sad. Scumbria
