<ot>Bosco, Just some clarifications. I believe Kurlak was negative on MU for most of the period from 95 to when he left ML. He was a little late getting off the stock and he never quite made it back on. In July 95, it was Kurlak who started downgrading chip stocks like INTC.

The convert for BOST occurred when the stock was in the low-$20s not $42. No one was holding a gun to the ML analyst's head and saying you HAVE to like it. He made that decision, ultimately a bad one, on his own.
