Doug, I am not so sure that I would agree with you. I doubt very seriously that Russ would have gone into a deal that didn't promise him control. If not now, then maybe in the future. He is too smart a guy not to cover that base. My guess is that Naveen pulled one of his "promise now, renig later" deals that he is so famous for. I bet Russ tried his darndest to make it work. He is no quitter. If for no other reason then for the sake of his faithful followers. I see Russ as a guy with a great deal of personal integrity. Mikie
