Hi Mikie - I am not here to do name calling, but for argument's sake, using your own viewpoint, if Mr Horowitz is indeed a smart person and has wanted to do what you ve prescribed, he would also see thru Mr Jain. Neither of them were born yesterday, y'know, so to paint him as a corporate victim results in 2 conflicting conclusion 1) either he is not as smart as you think he is or 2) he knows very well what he is getting into.

To be clear, I am not taking either side, I am more interested in shareholder values. Yes, I am sort of self-righteous and I'd like to root for the good guy, but this is not really good versus evil thing here. JMHO
