No one seems to know how to interpret the delay. The main effect is a massive increase in FUD.

I don't believe that they are delaying because the numbers are bad - they are not getting better when delayed. Everybody will be more suspicious on the numbers when they are finally released. And total reaction of the stock price will be worse after delaying the announcement. None of this is in the interest of SSTI.

I hope it is just that they could not get the numbers together fast enough. Maybe they were just using MS-Word for writing the report and it crashed while deleting the partition table of the harddisk 10 seconds before finishing. Can cost you 300MM in market cap.

Spoke w/ IR this morning and as one would imagine Mr. Garon is not saying much except that it is better to get the numbers right the first time than have to restate later...He was defensive and irritable and hardly had a voice left...
Said report would be out ASAP FWIW...I like the fact he was in at 6:45 am
