I picked this up after several people I know told me they were buying the ButtMaster by Jake LOL. I'm not a basher. However, if anyone can respond, please do. I don't want to go through RB and the bashing there and what appears to be thousands and thousands of posts of the Pump and Bash variety. Anyway, there was a prospectus filed in January. Prospective Sellers appear to be significant, including the CEO. The question is always asked, "If the prospects are so bright, why register to sell now?" I don't believe that any proceeds are going to the company. I'm just starting my own DD so I would appreciate any information or answers. Thanks.
