Music Choice OnStage Presents . . . Béla Fleck: First Ever Flecktones TV Special to Air Between January 29th & February 4th Béla Fleck and the Flecktones'first ever TV special will begin airing on January 29, on Music Choice, a 24 hour a day all music channel which is available on more than 587 digital cable systems nationwide. The performance was taped in November at two sold-out concerts in Fairfield, CT and features the Flecktones with special guests Sandip Burman (tabla), Paul Hanson (bassoon), Paul McCandless (oboe), Andy Narell (steel pans), and Tuvan throat singer Ondar. These guests (in addition to a few others) appeared on Outbound, the latest release from Béla Fleck and the Flecktones, and the band's first for Columbia Records.
