Anyone have a marketing background ? I'm wondering what "launch" means literally when they say the product will be launched in March. Does that mean the product will be available in the pharmacies ? Does it mean that the sales will start in March ? Is that when the salesmen start calling the doctors? Or does some of this start happening ahead of time ? Maybe launch just means the marketing brochures will be ready and the salesmen will be briefed? Keeler claimed they had already presented Pennsaid to various parties in Britain last year. Is there any chance that the product is already being prescribed ? Dave

Hi all, On Jan 19 I sent the following message to info@dimethaid.com trying to get some answers to the European approvals questions being discussed here. So far no response. I guess they have better things to do than answer shareholder's queries. ---------------- Dear Sir or Madam, I am a shareholder of Dimethaid and would be interested to know the following: In an earlier press release you announced that: "The company is proceeding immediately to seek approvals from other European Union (EU) countries. Under the "Mutual Recognition" procedure prevalent in the EU, the UK will act as agent for the rest of the EU Member States, whereby they can "mutually recognize" this approval and issue their own authorizations". My understanding is that if there are no objections raised within 90 days than this "authorization" is assumed to be granted. Would you inform me therefore: (1) Has the "Mutual Recognition" process referred to above been initiated? (2) If so, when did it begin? (3) Is the "90 day" timeline mentioned above correct? Thank you very much for your assistance.
