duke, thats not wat i meant, because usually u can use oscillator or summation divergences in breadth to call turning points, wat i am saying now which is different than most analysts, is that this breadth divergence is different than most we have seen in the bull and may be a longer term rotation out of outperforming big caps and into unloved small caps.

i think small and midcaps will outperform big caps for at least another year or so.
