Jim. Thanks for that JDSU analysis. I don't have a position in JDSU. I was using it more as a way to judge market sentiment, much like I used to use Cisco to judge Nasdaq market sentiment.

It seemed to me that with the dramatic fall JDSU took yesterday prior to earnings, one of two things had to be at work - either earnings were going to disappoint, or investors were failing to climb a wall of worry.

I thought that if earnings did disappoint, the tech market and JDSU would take a huge hit today.

I thought that if earnings didn't disappoint the tech market and JDSU would surge today.

I hadn't thought to factor in PMCS.

Now, I think that investors were struggling with that wall of worry, and I think that is a positive sign for a continuation of the rally we've been seeing.
