You know, I suspected that about periods of inactivity. The other day I sent an order and waited and waited and no fill. So I looked at my screen and no working order. I typically have everything minimized except QC and the Quick Trade window, so I did not notice the problem right away. Anyway, gave them a call, no order nothing. So all was well.

Yesterday, I sent an order....no fill. I waited about 1/2 the time of last time (I learn...eventually) and checked the account screen. It said logged off.

So....I would agree with you that after a certain period of inactivity they log you off. Not sure I like that at all. You can sit here all day getting ready to fire an order off once the right conditions are met only to find that the server has "disconnected" you due to inactivity.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN INACTIVITY.....I have been sitting here patiently waiting for the set up.

Damn them.

:)

Not a big deal really, but it is just one more thing that needs to be addressed during the trading day.
