I don't know where you get "vast majority" being pro-Intel, because in all of the years I've been working for Intel (even during the days of Pentium FDIV), the vast majority (or at least the most vocal) have always been pro-AMD and/or pro-Cyrix.

Intel must have learned this from AMD - from 1990 - 1999.

Funny that Intel processor sales set a record last quarter - despite all of Intel's difficulties!

AMD may have seen the last of their golden opportunities go bye-bye.

I guess AMD will always have the underfunded DIY hobbyist market.
