You could trace the route to it with visualroute.com free trial or 30 days (or is it 30 sessions ? Sparing anyway. I use an old ZDNet's Internet Quick Tools no longer downloadable.)

Btw: using QCharts too.

if you're on NT (and probably w2k), open a command prompt and type

netstat

not sure if it works for other Win OS's
