That's because true laissez-faire would be impossible.

It exists more and more. People have freed themselves from government controls. Governments are learning control and restraint means a drain of new investment and capital. In the e-commerce world vast quantities of money are shifted and shunted around the world at the click of a mouse.

I believe it is morally ethical to not support non-laissez-faire governments.
