If you have a lot of hardware and you want all of it to stay on... friends of mine in calif have found places to get refurbished (basically they just change the inside battery and repackage it all) APC units.

you can find them on most online shopping sites.. or even if you call around, should be places that offer them, puter shops..etc..

This coming week should prove to be interesting

With the CSCO "warning" (not really but likely to be spun that way) and the Wednesday Fed meeting "bumped up" to Monday, we already have a good start.
