However, IF abortion is murder, as you assert, i don't have a clue how you can let the murdering mother off with counseling. Something tells me that you wouldn't let a run-o-the-mill murderer off, then why her?

Because she is not a “run-o-the-mill” murderer. Indeed, she is but an accomplice in the murder, an accomplice that may well be quite under duress.

Okay, maybe frying her would be a little strong, but wouldn't five years in prison be at least necessary to repay society for taking a life?

It depends upon the circumstances. If she is a 13 year-old impregnated by a 30 year old “boyfriend” who influenced her to have her child murdered, then I think she needs counseling and assistance and not punishment.

Certainly, IF it's murder, then by letting her walk with some "counseling," which she'd be free to ignore, obviously, then what's to stop her from going out and murdering another "baby." Or another after that?

Because in this sort of instance the penalty would be greater.

There's a reason why your precious Dubya doesn't advocate extreme policies like yours--he'd get stomped at the polls.

My policy is by no means extreme. What is extreme is murdering some 50 to 60 million completely innocent children, mostly because of pure convenience. That is not only extreme, it is utterly barbaric. Perhaps Dubya would get trounced were he to embrace my position. I have long argued here that that vast majority of Americans are too corrupt to think themselves out of a wet paper bag.

That's why the Republican presidents will never appoint enough "pre-life" (snip) abortion on demand will STILL be legal, and good folks like you will STILL be scratching their heads wondering why.....

Whether abortion on demand will always be legal is really beside the point. Even if it is legal 8, 10 100 years from now, folks like me will certainly not be scratching our heads about it. We know exactly why abortion is and will be legal in America. And we will still choose to do what is right. We will still do what we can to fight its support because it is pure murder.

(gotta go. A neighbor invited me to watch this dang football game. I'm totally disinterested. But I like the guy and want to spend time with him. So I guess I'' just go, flip a coupla beers, eat some buffalo wings and other garbage and not have any sort of meaningful conversation. Hehe.)
