The street estimates are 1-3 cents with a whisper # of 4 cents. I think that INSP will earn 4 cents for the December 1/4 and warn about the next 1/4 or 2 citing the overall softness in the economy........I think that Jain the A-hole will somehow tell the street 10 or 20 times during the conference call how he works 17 hour days and the future is incredible. Analysts then cut #'s again, slicing the $360 million '01 estimate by 30-50 million and the stock trades lower.....then it is a buy if you can stomach this AA. My reasons are as follows: 1) In one day, the CEO,CFO,COO, all stepped aside......I have been in the market for 25 years and I have NEVER,EVER have seen a change like this when things are going well. Russ and the boys from GNET moved into significant management positions since the merger.......obviously to run the company, not exit it in a few short months. Keister,Riccio and the rest are all up the food chain. 2) John Keister and Russ Horowitz sold stock in December for the first time since the Paul Allen investment...John now has ONLY 277,820 shares left after selling 154,124 , Russ still has over 5 million shares ... after selling 140,000 shares. If things are looking good, why did Keister sell 35% of his shares as the selling window was about to close???????? 3) I listened to the conference call when the management changes were announced and when asked to comment on the earnings, Jain said he would talk about the earnings on Monday..........As we ALL know, Jain is an arrogant egomaniac and if things were running smoothly he ABSOLUTELY (JUST MY OPINION) would have taken the opportunity to talk about how well his company is doing......... I am long INSP..I sold most of it when Russ stepped down,I want it to go higher, I am reading the facts and I am VERY concerned about todays conference call. I think that adding to positions during todays trading is nothing more then betting on a ball game. I also believe that the exit door will be filled with Gneters as time goes by( this is only my opinion).
