After reading your post about the power problem in California and other topics, I have even greater qualms about allowing decisions to be made for me by others, that hold views similar to yours.

If you really think Lilly woud just destroy its' reputation and franchise if there was no FDA, you just don't understand business.

No problem with that... I certainly believe that as a free individual you should have the option of determining which drugs you ingest based on whatever criteria you choose. Do you allow me the same freedom? Not if you require that I purchase medicines and therapies only under your (that is, the FDA's) rules.
