What I hate about this, is that the contracting company hauls in about 30% of the price they charge JDSU. I am a contractor and I insist that the client(ie like JDSU) is not charge more than $10 per hour on top of my fee. That is plenty for 40 hours a week on a 6 month term. I do the work; they brought us together.
