CBs around the world have 70%+ reserve in US$. The IOUs they hold are many times more than the US$ currency floated.

Mark, FYI that was HKMA (Hong Kong Monetary Authority) that publicly discussed replacing dollar reserves with euro reserves. I think Singapore said so as well...
