Useful only to those who love tea:

I visited a local tea shop recently and discovered through the owner a unique way to remove the caffeine(or most of it) from caffeinated tea. This is very useful for when you may want to drink your favorite tea at night but are afraid of losing sleep. They suggested boiling tea until you get a running boil going and placing the tea bag in the water for 15 seconds. After 15 seconds, remove the teabag and pour the water out. With that done, pour new water into the cup, boil and place the teabag into it. Doing this should remove approximately 75% of the caffeine.
