Here is an article on the Overvote tallies -- directly on point -- and does not even include Duval County, which had the two page ballot snafu that hit Gore especially hard:

I appreciate your effort, Nadine, but those statements are just too fuzzy for me, shall we say "spin-like". I have to see the numbers. First of all, how can you call a ballot with two separate punches a ballot for anybody?
