I'm not debating that point.

The water had become so muddy that the USSC had to take an unpopular action. The final FLSC ruling was not flawed, imho, in the fact that they wanted to conduct a recount, but rather that the time was running out.

Also, and maybe just as important, the FLSC ruling did not apply a standard for all votes to be counted. They could have completed the counts as ordered, imho. However the standard would have been non-standardized.

Yet, does this warrant the USSC's ultimate determination on the grounds cited? It's weak.

There is no doubt this whole thing was a clusterf*%#.
