"The final FLSC ruling was not flawed, imho"

The US SC does not agree with you on a 7-2 vote. Which of the 9 made their decisions on a political basis?

"the FLSC ruling did not apply a standard for all votes to be counted"

That is why it IS flawed. On the other hand, FL law would not allow them to do that anyway (or so they believed). SO it is flawed on two counts. The proper decision would have been to go with what was on the books before the election. If this would have been said early on, there would not be so much controversy, imo.

"Yet, does this warrant the USSC's ultimate determination on the grounds cited?"

A resounding YES imo. I would hate to think where America would be RIGHT NOW if they had not restored some sanity to what you very accurately describe as a "clusterf*%#".

That was a great movie, btw where Clint coined that term. Forgot what it was called though.
