Mark:

Yes. I have those in my files, they were separate from the major class action lawsuit and much broader in their claims. The big one that has been settled (and which I just filed my claims for) was a consolidation of several class action suits, and survived the summary judgement attempts at dismissal from 3Com - that's why they settled it rather than go to trial, there must have been some "bad documents" uncovered in discovery that led 3Com to settle for such a large amount.

Make sure you get your claim and supporting documents in on time, since the final pot will be divided up amongst the number of valid claims filed. Minimum settlement looks like $2.524/share, maximum $5.67/share, or actual loss, whichever comes out the least. OTOH, if many decide not to file, the max may increase.
