Not a chance. If they do, then the market would probably go up for 2 minutes before everybody realizes things are much worse than anyone expects and then tank terribly.

They'll probably do 50 because they know anything less will rattle the markets and they're now in the business of keeping the markets afloat. No matter what, there should be a sell-off on the news.

You are saying that we should spend our way out of recession.With our debt load that would be like digging ourselves out of a hole.Any new liquidity should go to paying off existing debt not creating new.
