"The Fed should aggressively lower rates by 75-100 basis points on Wednesday" Not a chance. If they do, then the market would probably go up for 2 minutes before everybody realizes things are much worse than anyone expects and then tank terribly. They'll probably do 50 because they know anything less will rattle the markets and they're now in the business of keeping the markets afloat. No matter what, there should be a sell-off on the news.
