The Wall Street Journal is, without a doubt, the most anti-union major newspaper in the country. So it comes as no surprise to me that the newspaper took the tone that it did, even in a straight news story, as opposed to an opinion piece. There was no "other side of the story" presented in this unbalanced piece. If one wishes to report fairly on business abuses of the past eight years, I would dare say that one would need more than 14 paragraphs to tell the full story. I would think that perhaps 140 pages would be more like it.

Personally, I think a little "union slamming" by the Bush administration might be the kick in the pants that my AFL-CIO brothers and sisters all across this great country need as a wake-up call.

In any event, thanks for posting the article.
