Does anyone feel that the dems reasoning for voting against Ashcroft is a bit hypocritical? It seems they are saying "because you feel differently about some issues than we do, you probably will not enforce the law". How do they get that reasoning? It leads me to believe that the one's who think that would not enforce the law if they were in his position. It is either that, or that Ted Kennedy, Barbara Boxer, Hilarious Clinton, etc. must have higher moral values than Mr. Ashcroft. Hahahahaha. What ever happened to actually having to have done something wrong, as opposed to some seriously moral-less politicians suspecting that you might do something wrong in the future?

Yes I have to agree President Bushes first few weeks have totally, completely and 100% created what can only be called DUMB President Bush. Which is to say Washington is being made into a place of Democrat's Under Master's Bounds (DUMB) or equally correct Democrat's Under Master's Beckon (DUMB). This indeed is the state of of Washington DC where it seems democrats have been struck dumb.
