Technically speaking, the market must be a reason to reach the 3,000, because we are really supposed to go there.

Doug: Ride the wave indeed. Pyschological points move the markets these days and while I haven't seen anything fundamental that says things are better, the appearance and the surprise is all we need for a rally .... especially where rates are concerned.

Remember that we don't have to buy for long term, just to play market direction intraday, or for a couple of days.
