Zolt,

The fact that the UAW is against co-determination exemplifies that divisive nature. God forbid they would want representatives of their unions sitting in on boards and participating in the management of the company.

I posted this 1998 article which I find extremely interesting and foretelling in light of todays developments.

It was a delight to read your response. It was so convoluted, evasive, over-generalized and jingoistic ... I don't know where to begin. So I shan't.

However, I will respond to one comment. You write: "All we need to do is examine how unions have wrecked public education in this country."

Baloney. I -- and I would think most people on this board -- would opine that the decline of moral values in this country has done far more harm to the state of elementary and secondary education than any state or national teachers' union. If kids have no respect for authority, then it really doesn't matter who they're taught by.

Yea, you are correct.

Flat reads this stuff in union rags. This guy has no idea what he is talking about. The glasses are not rose colored, the lens are black.
